By installing, accessing, or using this Twitch Extension (the “Extension”), you (“Streamer”, “User”, or “you”) agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the Extension

The Extension allows streamers to customize their overlay experience, including uploading and displaying custom images, assets, and other content (“User Content”).

You are solely responsible for how you use the Extension and for any content you upload, configure, or display through it.

2. User-Uploaded Content & Copyright

By uploading or using any User Content through the Extension, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it.

  • The content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

  • The content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.

The Extension developer is not responsible or liable for any User Content uploaded or displayed by streamers.

3. Twitch Policies & Platform Rules

You agree to comply at all times with:

  • Twitch Terms of Service

  • Twitch Community Guidelines

  • Twitch Extension Policies

Any violation of Twitch policies is solely your responsibility. The Extension developer is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by Twitch, including content removal, strikes, or account suspensions.

4. No Monitoring or Moderation Obligation

The Extension developer:

  • Does not actively monitor or review User Content.

  • Has no obligation to verify ownership, licensing, or legality of uploaded content.

  • Reserves the right to remove or disable access to content or features if required by law or platform policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Extension is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

  • The developer shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

    • User-uploaded content

    • Copyright or intellectual property violations

    • Twitch enforcement actions

    • Misuse of the Extension

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
